Stories and nature
The stairway to heaven
🏔️The peak
Swargarohini
The name comes from the Mahabharata. The Pandavas gave up their kingdom and walked north toward heaven; Swargarohini's peaks were their stairway, and only Yudhishthira reached the top.
🛕The village
Someshwar of Osla
Osla's double-storied wooden houses gather around the Someshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and covered in detailed carving.
✨The valley
Valley of Gods
Trekkers call Har Ki Dun the Valley of Gods. It is snow-covered from October to March, and the forest department closes the trek in deep winter.

Pleasant temperatures and flowers in bloom after the trek reopens in mid-March.
⛔Closed in deep winter
